towing capacity question on my 2016 F-250

planning to tow a 30-foot camper through the mountains. It's got the stock transmission cooler but thinking of upgrading it. Anyone ran into overheating issues on steep grades? 🤦‍♂️💀🤷‍♂️

6.7l diesel pulls mountain grades for breakfast 📈

lock out overdrive and watch the temperature gauge closely

Keep an eye on your EGTs (Exhaust Gas Temps) and trans temp. If trans temp stays under 220°F, you r perfectly fine.

Is it the 6.2L gasser or teh 6.7L Powerstroke? If it's the Powerstroke, the stock cooling stack is massive and you won't have any issues. Just lock out 6th gear to prevent hunting. 😂😭📉
