Got a lead on a square body Chevy K10. Y'all think it's a good project?

Buddy has it sitting behind his barn. 350 small block, 4-speed manual. Rust in the cab corners but the frame is clean. He wants $2,500 and a 12-pack of beer. Should I drag it home?

For $2,500, that is a no-brainer. Square bodies are appreciating rapidly. Cab corners are honestly easy to weld in anyway.
