Any Experience with buying MiniVans?

I have found a few mini vans on the auto bid master site and wanted to come get advice before I try to bid on one. I’m mainly looking for Toyota Siennas & Honda Odyssey’s but preferably the Sienna.

I’ve found one that goes on auction in the next few hours, checked the VIN report, checked the estimated fees and cost to ship it and it all falls within my budget. I’ve been struggling to find a good minivan to buy cash as I do not want to finance and do not want anything newer than 2016.

Fb marketplace has been a headache as the vehicles there are full of scammers, people who don’t reply back or just don’t really want to sell the vehicles but have them listed for sale. I’ve gotten a car before off the FB marketplace and did not have the issues I’m going through now with the last vehicle I got from there.

But back to the vehicle I’ve found. How do you find out who the seller is? I’ve been looking at the “Clean Title” , “Run & Drive” & “Minor Dents & Scratches” but wanted any advice that can be given before moving forward.

Sienna and Odyssey aren’t cheap. Got my 12 sienna with 100k+ two years ago for 8k all in. Clean titles will be overpriced, “minor dents and scratches” are donated vehicles mostly, so stay away. Try to inspect before you buy

I've bought 2 siennas for personal use, both turned out to be fairly easy fixes and work great! Be prepared to pay a lot though, hard to "get a ideal deal" on them.
